What happens if I miss a payment?+
14 days of dunning emails, then sending pauses. We never delete your data before 60 days, so you have time to sort it out.
Do you charge VAT?+
EU VAT is handled via Stripe Tax, with reverse charge for B2B customers with a valid VAT ID. EUR is the primary currency; a USD toggle is shown for non-EU buyers.
What's the refund policy?+
Your first invoice is refunded, no questions asked, if Envello isn't a fit.
